- Start: We will begin our day with a sacred welcoming circle
- Pow Wow: Annie will talk on the power of setting an intention and how having heartfelt desires and goals can help you to set up clear objectives for the year ahead.
- Creation: With help and guidance we will create your own personalised intention with the perfect recipe loaded with purpose, hope, your dreams and desires.
- Meditation Magic: Then Annie will guide you through the most blissful meditation, where we plant this intention in an IAm Yoga Nidra Meditation. Followed by your choice of either a head massage or ReIki (hands on energy exchange)
- Lunch in the bush at the Labyrinth: Weather permitting we will travel into the bush to the stone labyrinth for a picnic lunch .
- Create: Here you will be able to journal, draw and walk the labyrinth.
- Forest Bathing Meditation: We will do a forest meditation, connecting with the birds, the trees, the wind, the sky, nature and the nature spirits. before we ascend back to the studio
- Afternoon Refreshments: We will round our day off with some tea and nibbles and if you are drawn too you may have a play with some Oracle cards (bring your own if you have a favourite set) to do a 12 month spread with a paired partner or or perhaps you'd like to journal outside in the beautiful gardens.
- All food and Refreshments provided, Food intolerances taken into consideration.

Restorative Yoga Nidra Meditation

What to bring: a yoga mat, towel, or blanket to lay on and a warm shawl or throw for comfort.
This workshop is suitable for women who love to live a passionate life.
I have also designed this workshop for women who may have lost a little mojo and want some fun, easy and useful tips on how to keep the fires burning, the pelvic floor alive and switched on.
There is no nudity involved, though topics can be of a sexual nature, 18+ only.
This is a wonderful way to reconnect among kindred sisters in a safe and caring environment.
Tickets $225 each
