Restorative Yoga Nidra is a practice the helps the body integrate and heal and is a series of body, breath & awareness techniques, stilling the waves of the mind and has been scientifically studied and found with regular classes to increase restful sleep, pleasure hormones, feelings of calm, contentment, enhances memory and has been found to decrease anxiety, depression and so much more.
In a Restorative Yoga – Nidra class with Annie, she will help guide you through disconnecting from the thinking mind and reconnecting with the feeling body “you need to feel it to heal it”. Classes start with purposely selected poses to relax your system down ready for deep resting and rejuvenation.
Annie will authentically guide you through your practice, whether in a private or group setting you will experience a shared level of synergy and flow allowing you to merge into your natural state of tranquillity and deep inner bliss.
Annie’s class is accessible to anyone as you cannot do it wrong, the hardest thing you will have to do is not fall asleep (and even if you do, you will still receive many of the benefits).

*We will cultivate and tailor your very own intention to suit 'what is coming up for you now'
* Optional- You will be guided through a few basic Yoga poses
*You will experience the deep inner calm and begin to cultivate the path to your truest expression
*You will walk away feeling revived.
* for face to face clients you get to take home a recording of your meditation and your personalised Sankalpa (Intention) for further practice at home.

Transformational Meditation Therapy NOW AVAILABLE LIVE ON ZOOM
(Private ) 6 weeks
Each Session is Approx. 1.5 hours
*Relaxation, Transformation and Self Connection.
*You will be gently guided and taught Mindfulness, Mantra and Yoga Nidra Meditation and guided through some basic, simple yet powerful Yoga poses using the 'Amrit Body Psychology method'
*For your own Holistic Wellness to be able to reach that Inner calm and contentment for life.
*Comprehensive guidance and support throughout this 6 week program
*will set you in steady and confident motion for you to take life changing steps towards your desired outcomes.
*You will learn how to Meditate,
*Destress and experience Holistic Wellness.
*Step off the merry go round and drop into the deep ocean of relaxation.
